Wave Plate Fabrication Using Surface Plasmon Polariton in a Ag Wire Grid Structure

In this study, a waveplate using surface plasmons in a silver (Ag) wire grid structure is designed and fabricated. Simulation results confirmed a phase difference at a grating period of 360 nm, a duty ratio of 0.7, and an Ag thickness of 30 nm.
