Urgency Evaluation Model for Energy Cooperative Operation in Parks

At present, China is gradually deepening the reform of power market, and various industrial parks with a large number of high-quality power users are showing the development trend of actively establishing captive power plants, developing incremental distribution business and opening up the power sale market, while power grid enterprises will face the risk of loss of high-quality users. Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and gray relation method, this paper establishes an urgency evaluation model for energy cooperative operation in parks, in which the impact and risk of industrial parks on the benefits and co-operation of power grid enterprises are analyzed from three aspects of power generation resources, distribution resources and electricity consumption in the parks. The model provides a basis for more scientific analysis of the problems faced by various parks in cooperation and the construction of docking parks, and the validity of the model is verified by the example of typical parks of a certain province in Northwest China.
