Research on Standard Difference Analysis of Smart Meters Based on NQI Framework

Under the strategy of "Made in China 2025", improving product quality is an important support for the national strategy. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, the competition in science and technology has become more intense, the international and domestic situation has undergone important changes, and the need for emancipation of the mind, reform and innovation has increased. This paper introduces the concept of National Quality Foundation (NQI), analyses the current situation and development trend of smart meter NQI at home and abroad, and emphatically compares and analyses the relevant standards of domestic smart meter with those of Britain, Germany, Brazil, the United States and Spain, and finally summarizes the differences between domestic and foreign standards, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of smart meter.
