Research on Error Analysis and Reduction Measures of Transformer Loss Overall Measurement System

The loss characteristics of power transformers can directly reflect their operating conditions. It can be seen that the measurement of power transformer losses is critical to the safe operation of the entire power system. In this paper, the classification of transformer loss and the error source of transformer loss overall measurement system are analyzed in detail. Then the error transfer formula is used to derive the error transfer formula, which intuitively reflects the influence of the measurement error of each device in the measurement system on the final measurement result. The factor-power table angle difference is corrected so that the result meets the measurement accuracy requirements. The method is simple and easy to calculate, and can be widely applied in practical engineering.
