Reliability Analysis of Distribution Network Based on the Deep Coupling of High Penetration Distributed Generation and Energy Storage

With the high penetration distributed power supply and energy storage access to the distribution network, the coordinated operation strategy has been an urgent problem to be solved. This paper proposes two different operational strategies for the deep coordination of distributed power supply and energy storage equipment, and compares them with various island operation methods. According to the operating characteristics of active distribution network, this paper proposes a dynamic islanding strategy based on distribution network with wind-PV-storage combined power generation system. Considering the volatility of PV output and load demand, the reliability evaluation algorithm of distribution network based on Monte Carlo simulation is improved. Finally, the reliability simulation analysis of the RBTS Bus6 power distribution system is carried out. The results of the analysis show that the deep coupling of distributed generation with high penetration rate and energy storage can ensure the continuous and stable operation of the important load in the system and greatly improve the reliability of the distribution network.
