Research on Calculation of Live Line Insulator Replacement Based on Life Cycle Cost

Transmission line engineering is a strategic asset with heavy assets and long life. Its normal operation depends on maintenance and maintenance. The initial design of traditional transmission lines mainly considers initial construction cost and operation cost. There are few or no considerations for line maintenance considerations. In the maintenance of transmission lines, power outages are also often used.This paper proposes a calculation method for the the replacement of insulators on the transmission line based on the full life cycle cost, and analyzes the economics by calculating the cost of electrified replacement insulators . electrified replacement insulators.
