“ISTINA” Data Analysis System: Cross-Cutting Technologies for Science and Education

This paper presents the target requirements, general provisions, methodological principles and architectural and technological requirements for the "ISTINA" information analysis system, which are the basis for its development and maintenance. The functionality of the system is considered in relation to the requirements of the National Projects "Digital Economy of the Russian Federation" and "Science", which are applied to systems of this kind. The current state of the system and prospects of turning it into a national scope platform are analyzed.
