Optimization of integrated water exchange management technologies in territorial systems for conditions of sustainable development

The methodology of optimizing water exchange technology in territorial systems is proposed. Integrated management information technologies are developed for sustainable development. Economically efficient water use is being implemented, ensuring a good ecological status of water resources. Simulation-optimization method of scenario modeling is proposed for optimization of the technology structure. Simulation modeling is complemented by multicriteria optimization of technology options based on economic and environmental criteria. The methodology is adapted and implemented when optimizing water exchange options in the Dnipro-Donbas Canal system.
