The Structural Properties of Thin Nanocrystalline Layers of Zn1-xMgxO with Different Mg Composition

The thin layers of Zn
_1-x
Mg
_x
O have been studied. The thin layers were obtained on glass substrates by pulse spray pyrolysis method. An aqueous solution of zinc chloride and magnesium chloride with different Mg composition in the solution was used as an initial precursor. The influence of mass concentration of metals in a solid solution on the structural properties (the values of crystal size distribution (CSD), the lattice constant) of thin layers was determined by X-ray diffractometry. The research results can be used in the development of functional layers of thin-film solar cells.
