Formation of Informational Support in Construction for the Implementation of Energy Saving Measures

The article is devoted to the formation of informational support in construction. The problems of a methodological nature and an empirical nature, which hamper the development of the construction complex and the implementation of energy saving measures, are considered. The paper proposes approaches to the formation of indicators that allow analysing the situation in construction and implement measures for energy saving. The construction complex functioning is characterized by a huge massive of data. Such situation force us to search for the methods allowing to structure information without the loss of information value.
