Analysis of Direct Torque Control System of Five-Phase Induction Motor

In the work by mathematical modeling, an analysis of the functioning of the direct torque control system of a five-phase induction motor with a table of optimal switching, using only space voltage vectors with the maximum value, as well as with the use of the modified multi-level relay torque controller with the corresponding correction of the table of optimal switching, was performed. It has been proved that the use of multi-level relay torque controller can improve the accuracy of the torque control and reduce the level of torque ripples for five-phase induction motor drive.
