Study on Nonlinear System Modeling of Polymerase Chain Reaction Process

Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) is a new technique for rapid amplification of specific DNA fragments. Some mechanisms of bio-macromolecule interaction in PCR reactions appear as a cluster during DNA amplification. There are many possible dynamic processes. Aiming at the problem that the DNA amplification process is difficult to be completely characterized by existing experimental methods, the mathematical model of DNA amplification process is proposed and a band describing the PCR process is established and a nonlinear hybrid system with parameters is given. Experiments are carried out and the results show that the proposed method is robust.
