Household Energy Consumption Behaviors Analysis Based on Chicken Swarm Optimization and PrefixSpan Algorithm

Aiming at the problem that the traditional analysis method of household energy consumption can't effectively analyze the usage rules of electrical equipment, this paper proposes a new method based on Chicken Swarm Optimization and PrefixSpan algorithm to resolve it. By introducing the metric function of the normal distribution, the current harmonic characteristics and power characteristics are merged to construct an improved target function of the optimization algorithm which improved the accuracy of the load decomposition result. Thus, we can get the using sequences of electrical equipment. Then, combined with the advantages of PrefixSpan algorithm in sequence pattern mining, the frequent sequences in the using sequences of electrical equipment are analyzed to obtain the user electricity consumption model. The experimental results show that the proposed method has high accuracy of load decomposition and the user electricity consumption model is consistent with the actual situation.
