Research on the Vibration Characteristics of GIS/GIL Bushbar

The vibration characteristics of the GIS / GIL bus bar conductive rods have great influence on the operating noise and seismic capacity, and need to be evaluated by simulation in the design process. The structural characteristics of GIS / GIL busbar are analyzed, and the dynamic simulation model is established. The effects of length, thickness and joint spring stiffness on the vibration characteristics are simulated. The results show that when the thickness of the conductive rod is small, the base mode of the conductive rod is extrusion deformation, the increase of spring stiffness has no effect on the base frequency; when the thickness of the conductive rod is large, the base frequency of the conductive rod increases with the increase of the spring stiffness to a stable maximum, which equals to the frequency of work condition for simple support at one end . The error influencing factors of shell element and beam element are compared and analyzed: thickness is the main factor affecting the simulation accuracy of shell element, when the length of the conductive rod is not less than 110 mm and the thickness to diameter ratio is less than 0.182, the shell element simulation error is less than 5%; the main factor affecting the simulation accuracy of the beam element is length, when the length to diameter ratio is greater than 2.0, the maximum error of the beam element simulation is less than 5%.
