Integral Separation Fuzzy PID Control for Winding Tension System

Aiming at the problem of tension vibration in the winding tension control system, this paper proposes and constructs a winding tension control model with dual motors. The generation causes of tension vibration are analyzed. And the control strategy of integral separation fuzzy PID is proposed. The controller of integral separation fuzzy PID is designed. Finally, the simulation model of control system is established using Matlab/simulink. Simulation results show that comparing with fixed parameters PID control, it has a good inhibitory effect on tension vibration by control strategy of integral separation fuzzy control.
