Design of Wave Pushing Plate of Multi-Directional Wave Maker with Embeddable Wave Height Sensor

Aiming at the requirement of non-reflective multi-directional wave experiment for the physical model during the port and offshore engineering design stage, a wave pushing plate of multi-directional wave maker with embeddable wave height sensor is proposed. Firstly, the calculation of wave making theoretical parameters and maximum wave making capacity is carried out. Secondly, the mechanical structure, assembly and working mode of the wave maker are described in detail. The actual working test shows the proposed system has excellent performance, reliable operation and low damage rate. It overcomes the common wave-disturbing and easy-to-damage problems of the external wave height sensor, meets the requirements of long-term continuous wave making, and ensures high-quality and high-efficiency operation of the system.
