Simulation Research On Hydraulic Energy Regulation System of Beam Pumping Unit

Because of the unbalanced structure of beam pumping unit, the load torque fluctuates. Moreover, there exists the phenomenon of motor generating in the cycle period of pumping unit. So, the motor often operates under light load for a long time. This will cause serious motor energy consumption. In this paper, the use of hydraulic system can achieve energy regulation, effectively improve the motor operation efficiency, significantly reduce the installed power of the motor, cost savings and energy conservation.
