Linear Oscillatory PMSM Drives: A Revisit in 2019

This paper presents an overview on linear oscillatory PMSM designs and control for applications such as microspeakers and receivers, valve actuators, vehicular active suspension damping and small compressor -like loads., in terms of topologies with merits and demerits design methodologies performance and control with representative case study quantitative encouraging results.
