An Improved Radial Force Model of Sharing Suspension Windings Bearingless Switched Reluctance Motor

Aiming at the rotor control problem under large radial displacement situation, a radial force mathematical model is established and analyzed based on the structure of Sharing Suspension Windings BSRM. Firstly, the structure of Sharing Suspension Windings BSRM is introduced, and the air gap peameances of the motor are calculated by the magnetic circuit segmentation method. In order to obtain the radial force mathematical model, the equivalent inductance expression obtained by substituting the air gap peameances into the equivalent magnetic circuit, and finally, the radial force expression is acquired by the virtual displacement method. On the basis of the mathematical model, the out-of-control situations that may occur under the variation of radial displacement and rotor angle in motor control are analyzed, which provides a theoretical basis for experimental control. Finally, the validity of the mathematical model and the analysis results are verified by comparing the calculation finite element analysis results of the motor and the new mathematical model.
