Computational Electromagnetic Modeling for Accurate Assessment of Nearfield Scanning Systems

Computational electromagnetic modeling techniques play significant role in modern nearfield scanning systems in order to achieve enhanced measurement accuracy and optimal product development cycle. To better understand the tradeoff of various input parameters, especially the accuracy of system, we research on computational means of achieving larger scale simulation data tailored for specific applications. These computational activities provide objective and accurate evaluation of the nearfield scanning algorithms. Both planar and spherical scanning dedicated for specific engineering practice are demonstrated.
