Better Confidence Limits for System Reliability

This article presents new general methodology for statistical reliability demonstration testing of a complex system, called a system of systems (SoS). It provides the maximum likelihood estimate and a more accurate lower confidence limit for the SoS reliability. This methodology is illustrated with an Army application.
