Implementation of an App for Android Mobile Devices Designed for Electromagnetic Field Problems Solving

The paper describes the design and implementation of a software application, an app created for mobile devices with Android operating system, as a support tool for students from the Electrical Engineering bachelor level study programs to understand the solving methods of several Electromagnetic Field Theory problems. The implemented app entitled MAGELFAPP can be used also in Electromagnetic Field Numerical Modeling problem solving where numerical modeling programs (such as Ansoft Maxwell) offer also the possibility to validate the results.
