Method of Establishing Spindle Durability Test Spectrum Considering Cutting Load Sequence

Establishing a program loading spectrum that can reflect actual cutting conditions, especially the load sequence, is an important foundation for conducting spindle durability tests. In this study, a spindle durability test spectrum considering cutting load sequence was established, in which the load cycle-counting method was based on the coupling principle of damage mechanic field. A series of solutions, such as load compression, cycle count, and value classification of speed and amplitude during the process of building the durability test spectrum, was studied. A total of 106 milling process parameters were selected, and a specific spectrum that can be used for the spindle bench test was established according to the above solutions.
