Analysis of the Human Factor Influence on the Quality of Work of Railway Station

Currently, the human factor is one of the main causes of incidents occurring on railway transport. Accounting, investigation and analysis of incidents is carried out using integrated automated systems. The article presents the results of analysis of the impact of technical failures and technological violations associated with erroneous actions of personnel on the quality of the railway station.
