Theoritical Model Based on Dipolare System of a DC-DC Boost Converter

The ElectroMagnetic Compatibility (EMC) requirements in accordance with CISPR 22 standard recommend that differential mode (DM) disturbances generated by equipments have to be less than the normative template. The boost converter -equipment under test- treated in this work is modeled by a theoretical formula, on the DM referential. The built model let as to compute the DM impedance, across a long frequency band taking account essential parasitical imperfections. A comparison study will be done, thanks to Pspice simulations, analytical studies and experimental measurements using an impedance measurement bridge. The link between the differential mode impedance with some parameters such as the boost inductor and the duty cycle $\alpha$ will be highlighted.
