Research on spark detection and extinguishing technology in Material Delivery Pipeline

On basis of the study of the mechanism of the spark generation in the pipeline material, the paper provides a mathematical relation model of the multi parameter spark detection, pointing at the difficult detection of the spark detection and misdiagnosing in the pipeline materials. By using the information collection and signal processing technology based on the photovoltaic effect, the photoelectric detection circuit is optimized to improve the inspection. According to the sensitivity and reliability of the measurement, combining the characteristics of pipeline material transportation, the paper provides the strategy of high sensitivity spark detection and extinguishing.
