UWB to C and WLAN Band Reconfigurable Yagi-Yuda Antena

UWB to C and WLAN Band Reconfigurable Yagi-Yuda Antenna is presented. Three different frequency standard bands can be obtained by controlling the states of the ideal switches. These switches are used to control the length of the resonators inserted in ground plane to achieve the reconfigu ration, maintaining unchanged the original size. Simulated results of the antenna system showed a good performance in terms of bandwidth control and gain diversity.
