Research on the Comprehensive Evaluation of Power Quality Based on Customer Side Perspective

With the gradual deepening of “Internet plus marketing”, how to utilize the power of massive customer perception information evaluating the regional power quality becomes a research focus. Therefore, this paper proposes an index system of power quality and an evaluation method based on power customer perception information. First, the overall framework suitable for the evaluation of power quality is put forward according to the sources and characteristics of power customers' perception of information. On this basis, the index system, index definition and calculation method, which are suitable for the evaluation of power quality, are established. Afterwards, the method of power quality evaluation based on entropy weight method is constructed. Finally, the actual customer perception data of a power grid in China is applied and analyzed, and the results show that the method is effective.
