The Willingness to Use the Campus Express Delivery Service Based on UTAUT

The college students' delivery service is a new business model to solve the last kilometer logistics on campus. In this paper, we study the willingness to use the campus express delivery service based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The results show that: Performance Expectancy and Social Influence have a positive impact on the delivery business, further more, the Effort Expectancy has a negative impact on the delivery business. According to these results, we make some suggestions for the better development of the campus express delivery service.
