Analysis of Electric Heating Load Characteristics in South Hebei Power Grid

As an effective way to solve environmental problems and achieve sustainable development, electric heating present broad application prospects. Based on actual electric heating data of South Hebei, the electric heating load characteristics are analyzed in this paper. Statistical analysis and correlation analysis are conducted, which show strong negative correlation between heating loads and temperature. The patterns of the electric heating loads are extracted by K-means clustering algorithm and 3 heating load patterns are acquired.
