Development of a Hundred-Picoseconds Pulse Laser as a Calibration Source

We have developed a pulse laser for a calibration of photon sensors used in a high energy experiments. The pulse width of the laser beam is 110 ps in full width at half maximum (FWHM) and its peak intensity is adjustable up to 100 mW. This pulse laser is composed of a simple electric circuit which generates short electric pulse and a laser diode. It is contained in a few cm aluminum case. Details of this pulse laser are reported in this contribution.
