A Mathematical Model for Optimizing the Work of the Primary Care Medical Institution with Taking into Account the Consumers Opinion

The combination of the Donabedian model and the PDCA cycle has been proposed to improve the quality of medical services. An expanded set of indicators that characterize the quality of medical services with the possibility of taking into account the patient satisfaction has been formed. To optimize the risks of the prevention and care services, factors such as quality, reliability, and information capacity, which characterize the usefulness, loss, effectiveness of health services, are taken into account. With the help of the quality functional and taking into account the inverse relationship, a criterion for improving the interrelations between prevention health care indicators has been formulated.
