Few-layer large area graphene samples grown by CVD aiming application in electrochemical sensing devices

For the past ten years great advances had been made on the fabrication of graphene films through chemical vapor deposition (CVD) systems. Depending on the conditions in the deposition chamber, different methods are associated to this technique. In this work few-layer large area graphene samples are grown with different CVD methods, aiming their application in electrochemical sensors. Samples with different defect concentration were obtained allowing the comparison of the different sensing responses and the choice of better condition for application on electrochemical sensors.
