Building HR Information Modeling and Risk Management: A Bayesian Networks Approach

Effective HR information management is one of key resource to obtain competitive power to a firm, inappropriate or absent HRM practices would bring risks for the organization. Bayesian Networks are valuable tools to provide a robust probabilistic method of reasoning with uncertainty and are more suitable to represent complex dependencies among components and to include uncertainty in modeling. This paper build a HR risk model by approach of Bayesian Network in order to identify potential key risk factors of human resource management. The resulting BN reflect installation specific factors respect to human resource management and give reference to improve efficiency of HRM.
