The project of a multibeam Klystron on a higher mode for linear electron accelerators

The results of the calculation of a high-power klystron at a higher mode with multibeam drift tubes in the C-band are presented. The possibility of creating a klystron with an output pulse power not less than 3 MW, a cathode voltage of 50 kV, an efficiency not less than 50%, and gain 50 dB is shown.
