In view of the current operation and maintenance of the lack of process management issues, t his paper presents an operation and maintenance management system based on intelligent fault diagnosis and intelligent grab work orders. At first, the system needs to establish the operation and maintenance knowledge base, and to update the knowledge base in real time. Then establish an intelligent fault diagnosis subsystem based on the expert system, by the intelligent fault diagnosis subsystem to generate work orders. And put work orders into the intelligent grab work orders subsystem, Intelligent grab work orders subsystem to consider the operation and maintenance staff location distance, busy state, the degree of credibility and the speed of grab work orders four aspects of the problem, and finally determine the attribution of work orders.
