SeRA: Suggestive recommender algorithm: A framework for guiding online customer behaviour

Suggested marketing mechanisms in combination with recommender systems can be used to generate personalized customer targeted product recommendations. Such recommendations can be useful in promotion of sales and enhancement of revenue. This paper presents the design and implementation of SeRA - suggestive recommender algorithm framework for customer recommendations. The suggestions are generated as focused product recommendation statements that motivate the customer for enhanced sales behavior.
