Implementation of integrated intelligent power management system using zigbee protocol

Industry based hindrances and their related solutions are discussed in this paper. One of the major factor for operating machines is voltage, and it plays a vital role in industry on which every machine is operated. In order to workout issues like load shedding major steps need to be taken and we cannot really desist related problems of it. Growth rate of any industry will taper's due to these kind of issues. Sensors and actuators are deployed in different sections of industry in order to measure various controlling parameters by making use of Zigbee IEEE 802.15.4 standard. This paper demonstrates the priority based selection of the processes, time and process based system by which we can save the amount of voltage to be utilized and it also redeem the timing requirement of the processes along with time based system. Health monitoring of any machine is one of the major application of this paper, which assist in determining the glitch of any machines and also obviates from any jeopardy.
