Development of methodology for assessing risk of loss of a consumer through the fault of an outsourcer

Assessment of risk of loss of a consumer through the fault of an outsourcer is considered in this article. To evaluate the quality of the outsourcer's work, it is suggested to use the criterion - the probability of loss of the consumer. If this probability is very high, then such an outsourcer should be discarded. The organization needs to know how outsourcing affects the consumer's opinion, since the consumer does not differentiate between the product of the producer and the outsourcer.
