Dielectric constant measure using near-field measurement system

Technology of electrical characteristics extraction about FR4 by using near-field measurement system is proposed in this research. It is easy to observe the electromagnetic field at each point on device under test (DUT) by near-field measurement system. There are different types of electromagnetic in propagation path because impedance mismatch and material changed. This research is used to find frequency-dependent dielectric constant by near-field measurement system.
