Study on dual-channel quartz crystal testing technology

A study on π network zero phase testing method-based dual-channel quartz crystal testing technology is conducted, and a testing system designed to improve the testing efficiency of quartz crystal. The testing system is composed of computer, PCI circuit, CPLD logic control circuit, dual-port RAM, ARM, DDS signal source, π network, frequency mixing and amplitude/phase detection circuit, and amplifying circuit etc. Experiments have shown that the testing accuracy of series resonant frequency <;±2ppm, while the frequency consistency error of dual-channel testing is <;±1ppm within a testing range of 200MHz.
