Hetero-structure of hybrid perovskite single crystals

We report the evolution of photoluminescence (PL) from methylammonium lead halide perovskite hetero-structures. Single crystal hetero-structures were grown with different halide composition, growth solution concentration and growth time. The behavior of PL spectra was analyzed with contributions from the different hetero-structure layers. The results can be used to establish optimal growth conditions.
