Structural and morphological investigation of graphene transferred by dry methods: Drop cast and lamination

In this paper we compare single layer graphene transfer from the copper substrate to polymer (PVA or PVA/PEN) substrate via drop-casting and lamination techniques. Micro-Raman spectroscopy was used to investigate the structural quality of the transferred graphene by taking into account characteristic Raman bands (D, G and 2D) of graphene and their corresponding quality indicators Iid/Ig and Id/Ig ratio. <;0.1, are higher than the values obtained by lamination. In addition, the FWHM of the 2D band confirms the presence of single layer graphene. Morphological characterizations were performed by AFM and SEM.
