Fast cycle time in high-mix technology development and manufacturing

In an environment of high-mix low-volume technology development and manufacturing, cycle time control and improvement are more complex and challenging than the single-product high-volume manufacturing. In order to achieve a faster cycle tine in the integration of technology development and manufacturing, the California Technology and Manufacturing Group (CTM) at Intel has developed a unique system which monitors and controls cycle time at both global and module levels.
