A data based production planning method for multi-variety and small-batch production

This article proposed a production planning method which was based on large amount of data to solve the low feasibility of production plan. Firstly, the current data tables and the including fields and manufacturing process were introduced. And then, a tasks planning method HTN-CPM was presented, HTN-CPM is used to achieve the objective of minimizing the number of delays, unbalanced production plan and the production cycle based on the idea of continuously decomposing the complex problems and adjusting the non-critical path tasks and dynamically adjusting the critical path. Finally, the production scheduling algorithm based on HTN-CPM was compared with the MRP task planning algorithm for an aerospace production workshop. The results demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed method.
