An effective practices, strategies and technologies in the service industry to increase customer loyalty using map indicator

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is of paramount importance in the current business scenario where new start-up companies enter the market and compete with established companies and give tough competition. The Customer Relationship Management tools are used to maintain the leadership position and bridge the gap between customer and business developer. In this paper, we describe a CRM app developed by us which can be used as a generalised tool to serve the needs of small businesses engaged in providing services such as software development. Primarily this app focuses on proper interaction between businesses and clients. We have developed the necessary database schema and an android web-view structure to support a CRM system and front-end portal for both clients and business developers to access, input, and transfer information through a centralised system controlled by the administrator. This tool is a mobile based system so it will be easy for the clients and business developer to interact on the move and have track of their customers and delight them.
