Multi-field coupling analysis of high speed permanent magnet machine

For high speed permanent magnet machine, it is necessary to meet the requirements including electromagnetic properties, mechanical properties and temperature, so it is a multi-physics field iterative design process. Based on the electromagnetic field, the temperature field, the stress field and the rotor dynamics, a 360kW, 7000r/min high speed permanent magnet machine is analyzed. Through the multi-physics field analysis, the design scheme meeting electromagnetic properties, mechanical properties and temperature rise is obtained.
