Electric field modulation of the non-linear areal magnetic anisotropy energy in CoFeB/MgO

We investigate the ferromagnetic layer thickness dependence of the voltage-controlled magnetic anisotropy (VCMA) in HM/CoFeB(t)/MgO(2)/Ta(1) (HM = Ta(1) or W(3); thicknesses in nanometer) heterostructures with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA).
