The Design of Aircraft Wiring Harness Detection System Based on Wireless Network Communication

At present, the wiring harness detection systems require a great number of testing cables, meanwhile, bring a series of problems, such as high cost, poor compatibility and low efficiency. In order to solve above drawbacks, we present a novel system based on the wireless network communication which is used for aircraft wiring harnesses’ conduction test, and describe it from two aspects of hardware and software. The proposed system also can be extended to other industrial fields.
