The influence of polymer micro-structure for space charge distribution

This article do research on the relationship between nano-SiO
_x
/LDPE composite material structure and space charge distribution. It uses TEM to analyze sample micro-morphology and uses XRD to analyze sample crystalline and uses PEA system to measure space charge of nano-SiOx/LDPE composite material. It is can be seen from the research result that after adding nano-SiOx to the pure LDPE, the crystalline of composite material get bigger. And with the increase of the nano-SiOx concentration, the crystal scale get smaller, and it make some interface with deep trap between nano-SiOx and LDPE. This interface make the charge, which is captured by the trap, de-trapping uneasily when short-circuit. And the adding of nano-SiOx lead to the increasing of different polarity charge.
